The TL;DR

We store what you give us: your streaks, your chat logs, and the images you upload. You can download a copy of everything we have on you, or nuke it all instantly in Settings.

What We Collect

Identity & Profile

  • Discord Data: ID, default username, default avatar.
  • Customizations: If you change your display name in Settings, we store that.
  • User Uploads: We host the custom profile pictures you upload.

Activity & Groups

  • Streaks: Timestamps for starts and resets.
  • Chat: Messages sent in group chats.
  • Group Media: Custom group avatars uploaded by group owners.

Quiz & Habits

  • Onboarding: Age range, triggers, and hours spent (stored to track progress).
  • Your "Why": Motivation text.

What We Don't Touch

We do not collect your email, password, or real name. We do not track your IP address for ad targeting. We are a privacy-first accountability tool.

Download Your Data

Want to see exactly what we have? Go to Settings > Export Data. We will generate a JSON file containing your entire user profile, streak history, quiz answers, and group messages.

Delete Everything

Go to Settings > Delete Account to instantly wipe your profile, uploaded images, streaks, and logs from our database. This is permanent.
